Denise Burrell, CHRP

Denise Burrell is co-founder of The Performance Group. A natural leader, she is committed to enhancing the development of individuals, teams and organizations.

Denise specializes in all phases of organizational effectiveness with particular expertise in:

• One-on-one coaching;
• Facilitation of focus groups;
• Team building and interventions;
• Conflict resolution;
• Adult education;
• Performance management; and
• Needs analysis.

Denise has extensive facilitation and teaching experience. Her adult education methodologies have been hone through her work on her Masters in Adult Education and experience as an instructor with the University of Alberta Adult Education Program. A stimulating and engaging speaker, Denise has been invited to lecture at numerous symposia and conferences.
