Rick Salt

As an associate with The Performance Group, Rick is respected for his knowledge and 'roll-up your sleeves' practical approach. Rick focuses on building human resource strategies, systems, and processes that align with organizations' changing business needs. He applies his diverse background in human resources to analyzing business processes and providing practical recommendations that make sense for organizations.
Rick specializes in the areas of:
- Compensation planning and management;
- Labour management relations;
- Business process design; and
- Organizational systems.
Rick's facilitative approach to his work has led to his being a sought after instructor and workshop facilitator. He has provided facilitation, training, and coaching to hundreds of supervisors, manager, and executives through his career. In addition to facilitating client workshops, he currently instructs at the University of Alberta in the Supervisory Development Citation Program and at Grant MacEwan College in a number of Supervisory courses.
