In Leadership Training, the Performance Group trainer works with participants to identify gaps in their skill sets. Through self-analysis, participants develop a profile and assess their strengths and weaknesses.

Over time, participants are taught to use their strengths and to develop the skills they may be lacking. Leadership training enables participants to set and achieve their personal and professional goals. They will complete the course with confidence in their abilities and the sure knowledge that they have what it takes to be a successful leader.

    The Face to Face Leadership Program is targeted for those who want to enhance their leadership skills through competency development. This eight-day program outlines the leadership strategies and actions you need to realize success in a results driven environment through effective leadership and improved communications.

  • Committing to Leadership
    Leadership is the glue that binds the people, the purpose and the processes of any organization. This program introduces you to the elements of personal best leadership based on research and best practices of other leaders.

  • Leadership Communication
    The purpose of this one day session is to enhance your capability for communicating effectively and with impact. Communication is one of the least understood and most often ignored elements of an organizational transformation. Your communication skills are the fundamental tools used to bring about organizational change.

  • The Excellent Assistant
    The Excellent Assistant is a program developed specifically for employees who provide support to others in their organization. This dynamic program builds and enhances your skills for increased accountability, contribution and success.
  • This 2.5 day program’s objective is to build and enhance your skills so you can perform your job more effectively and efficiently.


  • Beyond Excellence
    A follow-up to the Excellent Assistant, Beyond Excellence is a 2.5 day program that covers Managing Your Attitude, Managing Issues, Managing People and Your Own Professional Image Management. Within these topics it touches on organization techniques, networking and working with the different generations.
