Face to Face Leadership
Face to Face Leadership is targeted to current and developing managers and supervisors who want to enhance their leadership skills to motivate themselves and others in today’s dynamic organization. Meaningful job performance is best achieved through goal directed behavior that is supported by face to face leadership and communication. This eight-day program outlines the leadership strategies and actions required to realize success in a results driven environment through effective leadership and improved communications.
Participants will be able to:
- describe the changing workplace and the impact on leadership style;
- demonstrate “carefrontation” behaviors required to bridge the communication gap;
- identify strategies for creating true empowerment;
- develop coaching strategies to encourage employee responsibility for performance and support continued improvement;
- develop strategies to create a positive work environment,
- demonstrate “Win-Win” strategies for resolving conflict;
- use a problem solving process to resolve team and individual issues;
- develop groups into high performing teams; and
- identify strategies to make the most of change.
This program is delivered in “two days a month for four months” format so that skills learned in the workshop will be applied to the workplace.
