The Performance Group facilitator also uses focus groups to establish clear goals for the future, identify barriers to success and build an achievable action plan. Focus groups provide internal research to organizations about their employees attitudes and reactions to the direction of the organization in terms of products, concepts, employee-employer relations, among many others items. Focus groups are informal and interactive group settings where the skilled facilitator delves deeper with the participants to uncover the root causes of the attitudes and reactions to enable the organization to be proactive and progressive in addressing these.
