Personal Leadership in Times of Change

This workshop will develops skills for working in an ever-changing environment. Participants will develop an awareness of the difference between change, those things external to us, and transition, our internal response to change. Participants will discuss specific techniques to assist in working with changes they face in life and develop an action plan to become more change "hardy."

Learning objectives

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • describe the critical difference between managing change and managing transitions
  • identify the key elements and the flow of events in human transition
  • describe their role in developing strategies for successfully leading themselves and others in times of change
  • identify strategies to effectively thrive in an environment of ever-increasing change
