Excellent Assistant

Renee Paul in my opinion was one of the best course instructors yet. She was very engaging of all the participants and was very lively and would capture her audience. I like how she would break it up with her instructing, group discussions, videos... the variety was great! Would recomment every assistant to take this course.

Renee Paul was fabulous; within moments of starting, we each felt comfortable enough to share tidbits with our tablemates; something I haven't done after 2 years of working in my office. Excellent course. Should be mandatory for all staff, not just assistants!

What I liked best about this course is learning about different interpersonal skills.

Facilitator is very good. Makes you feel that she is not doing a routine course. She gives an impression that she is also learning form the course. She makes you feel your ideas are really new and very relevant.
