I liked the way Rob Schnell presented. He created a comfortable learning environment and he laced in relatable examples throughout the course. As a result, the group relaxed and was able to give input. The booklet was also great. I found the concepts easy to understand and liked that I got to work individually and as a group.

I really like how the faciliator worked different strategies to have you interact with different people in the class. I think I worked with or spoke with almost everyone in the room. But also not forcing you to work with different people all of the time. It was a good balance. Rob was an awesome facilitator!
